Morning

My dear Jesus,

Thank you for this day.

Help me obey your will,

Hear the Spirit,

And see the Father through you.

Amen.

Night

Oh Lord,

I thank you in advance for

whatever happens tomorrow,

knowing that it is in accord with your will

or permitted by your will.

Help me to abandon myself

to your divine providence and

worry about neither the past

nor the future.

Amen.
